Refund policy

At GlowStep™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused or minimally used
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Custom Orders

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, custom logo or custom text orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error with your personalization, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned without prior contact

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, GlowStep™ will cover the replacement or refund.
